KRYPT STRENGTH REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Krypt Strength, many of our products are handmade and/or made specifically as part of limited production runs. Once an order is placed, our production and fulfilment process may begin immediately.

By placing an order with Krypt Strength, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this Refund & Return Policy, including the production and estimated delivery timeframes outlined below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE PRODUCTION BEGINS

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been confirmed and has entered production, we generally cannot cancel, modify, or immediately refund the order simply because you have changed your mind, ordered accidentally, no longer want the product, or do not wish to wait for production and delivery.

Our products may begin production shortly after an order is received. Because labour, materials, production capacity, and fulfilment resources may already have been committed to your order, a cancellation request does not automatically mean that your order can be cancelled.

Where applicable consumer law gives you a non-excludable right to cancel, return, repair, replacement, or refund, those rights will continue to apply.

HANDMADE PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Our products are not simply taken from a shelf and immediately dispatched. Each production run involves a handmade production and fulfilment process.

Customers should allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production and delivery, unless a different timeframe is stated on the relevant product page or communicated to you.

This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Production volumes, handmade manufacturing, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge the stated production timeframe and understand that an order being in production or still within its estimated production/delivery period is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.

Please do not place an order if you are unwilling to wait for the stated production and delivery period.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Except where required by applicable law, we do not provide immediate refunds for change of mind after production has begun.

If we agree to accept a change-of-mind return, the product must first be delivered to you. We will not ordinarily intercept or cancel an order that has already entered production or fulfilment solely because you have changed your mind.

To be eligible for an approved change-of-mind return:

• The product must first be delivered to you.

• The product and packaging must remain unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, unmodified, and in their original condition.

• All original packaging, seals, tags, accessories, components, and protective materials must remain intact.

• You must contact us before returning the product.

• You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.

• You must follow the return instructions and use the return destination provided by our support team.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless applicable law requires otherwise.

• We strongly recommend tracked shipping.

Do not send a product back without first receiving return authorisation and return instructions from Krypt Strength.

Our return address is provided privately to customers after a return has been authorised and is not published within this policy.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order after receiving it.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at forgerelic@outlook.com.

We may require reasonable evidence to assess the claim, including photographs or video of the product, packaging, shipping label, damage or defect, along with your order number and a description of the problem.

Please retain the product and its original packaging while your claim is being assessed.

If we confirm that the product qualifies for a remedy, Krypt Strength will provide the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Please remember that Krypt Strength products may require approximately 6–8 weeks for handmade production and delivery.

An order not arriving after one or two weeks does not ordinarily mean that it is late, lost, or eligible for cancellation when it remains within the communicated production and delivery timeframe.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the stated production timeframe.

If your order materially exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us so we can investigate.

Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law concerning delayed or undelivered goods.

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES

Refusing delivery, failing to collect a parcel, or allowing an order to be returned to sender does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Where an order is returned because it was refused, unclaimed, or could not be delivered because of information provided by the customer, please contact Krypt Strength to determine the available options.

Additional shipping or handling costs may apply where permitted by law.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Personalised, customised, specially commissioned, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that sizes, colours, designs, personalisation, and other selections are correct before completing their purchase.

SALE ITEMS & GIFT CARDS

Except where required by applicable law, sale items, clearance items, promotional items, and gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds.

This does not remove statutory rights applying to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

RETURN INSPECTIONS

Receiving a returned product does not automatically mean a refund has been approved.

All authorised returns may be inspected after arrival.

For change-of-mind returns, products that have been opened, used, worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without required original packaging, tags, seals, components, or accessories may be refused to the extent permitted by law.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since Krypt Strength confirmed that your refund was issued, please contact us.

INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS

Consumer laws differ between countries and regions.

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify consumer guarantees, statutory warranties, cooling-off rights, or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where applicable law provides mandatory rights beyond this policy, those rights will continue to apply.

PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

We strongly encourage customers to contact Krypt Strength before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

When responding to a payment dispute or chargeback, Krypt Strength may provide relevant transaction evidence to the payment provider, including order confirmation, applicable policies accepted during checkout, production and fulfilment records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and relevant customer communications.

Nothing in this section prevents customers from exercising rights available under applicable law or through their financial institution.
